I had my bike registered at an event, but didn't receive an email

If it's been less than 24 hours, the bikes from that event may not have been uploaded to our servers yet. Give it a day, and if you don't receive the email, just send us mail to support@project529.com with the email address you registered with and the Shield ID from the 529 Shield that you were given. In most cases, there was simply a typo in the email address that was entered when the registration was taken.
